Budding business brains from a Bradford school impressed Lord Alan Sugar with their entrepreneurial skills.
Six pupils from Challenge College travelled to London to take part in the National Enterprise Challenge.
Although they did not win, the students, who are in year seven, confidently pitched their product ‘Sewn with Love’ – handmade cushions, bags and scarves designed and made from recyclable materials – to leading entrepreneurs and judges from London’s business community.
They also took part in a question-and-answer session with Lord Sugar. The pupils involved were Mahnoor Akhtar, Umar Farooq, Muhammad Zaryab Tajarab, Laura Kempinska, Hamza Iqbal and Maria Ahmed.
