2017 Finals
In 2017 The National Enterprise Challenge Finals came to the Telford International Centre. Over 1400 people were in attendance for what was a fantastic day with children’s TV presenters Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes hosting the finals. We also heard from Olympic Gold Medalist Joe Clarke OBE and our resident celebrity ambassador Theo Paphitis. The KS3 and KS4 categories were both won by schools from Yorkshire with Brighouse High School Winning the KS3 Award and Westborough High School taking home the KS4 award (There must be something in the water up there in Yorkshire). If we didn’t already have enough for the students to do, in 2017 we added a speaker zone where 4 young entrepreneurs told us about their story and we were also joined by over 30 ‘have a go’ trade-stands which was very well received by the students. The winners on the day were…
